Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our policies for subscription cancellation and refunds at BetterX.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting BetterX, LLC at hello@gobetterx.com.

Once a subscription is canceled, access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Refund Policy

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

BetterX, LLC does not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time
  • Downgrades
  • Unused features

Free Trials and Promotions

If a free trial or promotional period is offered, users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Charges incurred after a trial period are non-refundable.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact hello@gobetterx.com within a reasonable time. We will review billing issues on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to This Policy

BetterX, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website.
